London, ON – Today, London Hydro provided 3,000 N95 masks to London’s Emergency Control Group to be distributed to London Frontline Health Care Workers. London Hydro is pleased to be able to help wherever they can during these extraordinary times by closely working with community partners to assist where possible.

Earlier this week London Hydro announced they would provide $250,000 to the LEAP program to help customers having difficulty paying their electricity bills. The government’s moratorium on power disconnections has also been extended until July 2020, and London Hydro has also offered flexible payment arrangements to customers that cannot pay their bills by the due date.

Customers are encouraged to visit www.londonhydro.com and sign up for MyLondonHydro, giving them secure access to their accounts, allowing them to monitor their usage and make flexible arrangements online without having to speak with a representative. Moving to paperless billing also helps to reduce the handling of paper bills and envelopes by having a notification sent to their email that their bill is ready to view.
