If you are applying for a new hydro and/or water service account, you can manage this through your MyLondonHydro account:
- Login to your MyLondonHydro account
- Click on the Move In/Move Out/Transfer link
- Follow the step-by-step screens that will guide you through the process.
Adding someone to your account?
Please fill out the Application for a Secondary Applicant form, and send us the completed form with two pieces of photo I.D. by:
